Service Program Description
All systems are repaired on a time and materials basis. Goods returned for service should be accompanied with a completed STI RMA form with a RMA number. Sandpiper will issue a RMA number upon request.
How to request a RMA number
- Download the RMA Form (PDF) or call STI for a copy.
Mail or fax the completed RMA form to STI.
- Indicate the 'Return TO Shipping Address'
- Indicate the return shipping method. If no selection made then our policy is
to return the unit as it was shipped to us.
